If you have not received the PG letter by 22 Dec on your child’s/ward’s eligibility to offer Higher Mother Tongue in Sec 1, it means that your child/ward is not eligible by the MOE criteria.

If you wish to appeal, your child/ward needs to meet the following criteria:

  1. AL 14 or below AND

  2. AL 1-3 in Mother Tongue or at least a Pass in Higher Mother Tongue

Both criteria have to be met.

If your child/ward wishes to appeal, please fill in the following form by 29 Dec 23. We will inform your child/ward by 5 Jan 24 on the outcome of the appeal.
