Our Mission
The Girls' Brigade aims to develop each girl to her fullest potential by equipping, empowering and enabling every girl to be a servant leader who embodies the values of reflection, perseverance, empathy and teamwork.
Our Programme Highlights
We provide opportunities for girls to develop essential leadership skills whilst learning to work collaboratively as a team. Our activities foster creative problem-solving, adaptive thinking and reflection, encouraging girls to approach challenges with determination and resilience. We nurture self-directed learners who take ownership of their growth and respond thoughtfully to challenges whilst building strong collaborative relationships. The values of perseverance, empathy and self-discipline are deeply instilled, preparing members to lead with compassion and serve with dedication.
Through service-learning opportunities and leadership roles, our members learn to lead with compassion, innovate with purpose, and serve with dedication, embodying the spirit of servant leadership that will guide them throughout their lives.
