Need Someone To Talk To?
The school counselling programme Bukit Batok Secondary School is part of an important pillar of the school's support system. Our school counsellors work together with school staff, teacher counsellors, parents and external agencies to support the social-emotional development of all our students. Preventive programmes and responsive services are made available to all students in BBSS and these services are tailored to suit the individual needs of our students.
Students can reach out for help from the school counselling team through the Need Someone To Talk To Portal by scanning the QR Code or click on the poster.
Some examples of issues that students may face challenges in include the following:
• Academic stress
• Emotional difficulties (E.g., anxiety, low mood)
• Relationship issues (friends, family, teachers)
• Transition difficulties
• Safety concerns
• Any other issue that is affecting the student’s daily life
Upon submission of the form, the school counsellors will work with Year Heads and/or Form Teachers to address your concerns accordingly.
